Due to expansion and continued growth our Planning Team is seeking the following:

A Senior Qualified Planner

to prepare, submit and execute planning applications
to prepare, submit and execute listed building applications
to assist in the preparation of appeal submissions
to assist in execution of representations to Local Plan Review

A Research Assistant

to fulfil a research role with audio typing
with excellent IT, organisation and communication skills
with the ability to support a busy team
